Summit Haleakala
At just over 10,000 feet, Haleakala is the highest point on Maui and the summit views are worth the price of admission. From West Maui, it may take 3-4 hours to reach the summit by car and the drive is part of the fun where eroded valleys stand as evidence of the power and contribution of volcanic activity to Maui's dramatic landscape.
