Set on the northern coast of Kauai, the Sheraton Princeville Resort is as much about the green landscape as it is about the beach. Hugging Puu Poa Ridge, the hotel lobby sits on the 10th floor while rooms cascade down to the water. The view across Hanalei Bay is almost ludicrously romantic--green carpeted cliffs razored by waterfalls, dark blue waters encircled by a golden crescent of sand. And then there's the golf course, 45 holes designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr.--and recent winner of Golf Digest's Number One Golf Course in Hawaii award. This honeymoon hotspot is a bit out of the way, but worth the journey.
