Complete Series working your way up for 8-12 reps for each exercise at least 3 days a week for six weeks.

1. Ball between knees, pelvic crunch
2. Side to side, pelvic crunch
3. Crunch Series
4. Wall Series, Hand off
5. Wall Series, Side to Side

#1 Ball between knees, Pelvic Crunch

• Ball between knees
• Engage and hollow lower abs
• Butt off floor
• Lift ball to ceiling

#2 Side to Side

• Ball between knees
• Angle knees above hips
• Move knees side to side

#3 Crunch Series

• Heels and calves on top of ball
• Butt off floor, hoallow abs

•  Hold head, crunch forward
•  Straight arms reach between knees
•  Straight arms alternating to outside of knees
•  Straight arms to ceiling

#4 Wall Series

• Sit on top front of ball
• Feet parallel 1 ½ hip distance apart

a. Hand Off

• Maintain pelvic tilt position
• Holding bell in one hand, rotate bell as far possible in each direction

b. Side to Side

• Maintain pelvic tilt position
• Holding bell in both hands, rotate bell side to side
